Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or expedited shipping.

We select the carrier and service that offer the best combination of cost, reliability and delivery time for your destination and package. Your order may arrive through USPS, UPS or another available carrier. Free shipping uses the same Standard Shipping approach.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, charges are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during peak holiday periods or unusually high order volume.

Estimated arrival times, measured from the date you place your order, are:

Contiguous United States: 3–8 business days
Alaska and Hawaii: 2–4 weeks
US Virgin Islands: 2–4 weeks
Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses: 2–6 weeks

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote destinations, military mail, holidays, weather and carrier delays may require additional time. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact orders@mcewenandsons.com before ordering. Include the products and quantities, destination ZIP code and required arrival date so we can confirm available options. Overnight and other special shipping requests require advance confirmation.

Larger orders may ship in multiple boxes, which can arrive separately. We will provide tracking information for each package.

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address after the order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item or appears to be lost in transit, email orders@mcewenandsons.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged shipments, please include photos of the packaging and affected products and retain the packaging while we review the issue.
