Beef
In addition to our grits, cornmeal, and polenta, we also have farm raised, grass fed, grain finished beef, raised on our farm in Chelsea, Alabama. We sell it at the store in Wilsonville by the piece (ground beef, roasts, steaks, etc.), or you can buy a quarter of a cow (approx. 125lbs) or a half cow (approx. 250lbs) for $7.50 per pound. Cornmeal is finely ground corn and is the main ingredient in the South's favorite breads: Cornbread, cornsticks, and hushpuppies. Made with organic corn.
